So many things...

Well, we've had the whole cottage painted - by a returning guest and his Dad, both expert painters, who returned for a few days with their brushes - great job, chaps. We've even experimented with wall rock to insulate the back cottage walls - it's looking great!

I've white-washed the outbuilding again, revarnished the patio furniture and a thousand other jobs you lot think happen by magic ! Honestly! Curtains washed and re-looped and I'm going to revarnish the floor next time I'm over...it nevers stops.

A friend of mine was inspired to pick up the paint brushes for the first time in 20 years and sent me this picture- rather lovely...
