"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you. The beds were lovely and comfy, the cottage homely and warm and the ease of the thermostat meant we could up the temperature if needs be. Great having wifi too particularly as mobile signals are hit and miss!

The bathroom and shower were also perfect because there's nothing worse than a dribbling shower when you've been walking all day.

I think staying for a long weekend was ideal - having a sink, microwave and small fridge inside the living area was key to this. The location is ideal for wandering to the pub and the beach. Hope you'll allow us a return visit. I've already recommended you to a friend"

Stroll back from the pub, light the real fire and amuse yourselves with the board games before a soak in the huge bath and a night in one of the most comfortable beds ever. A charming little cottage in a charming part of Robin Hoods Bay. Having spent a few days wandering around the little alleyways of Robin Hoods Bay it made me appreciate that this cottage was tucked away with no curious passers by peering in the windows! The children loved the fact that the kitchen was in a separate 'outhouse' and we didn't find it an inconvenience. The bedrooms were a good size with pleasant views and not overlooked.  The stairs were a bit steep for our 2 year old but with a door at he bottom of the stairs we were able to keep him away from them.

We had such a great time we stayed an extra day!

Excellent location on quiet, hidden away side street in the Lower Bay - just 2 minutes from the sea & quaint local pubs & eateries . Spacious accomodation well equipped & maintained. Comfortable beds. Nice views. Clean & tidy. Great value - ideal for families or groups.
