Catch Robin Hoods Bay and the ganseys in the 1935 J Arthur Rank Classic 'Turn of the Tide'.

Not much has changed. They have pulled it from youtube again as they do from time to time so this video is not there but do a Google - it's worth a look if it goes up again.

Also in 2008 Julia Roberts' niece appeared in Wild Child parts of which were filmed locally in the Bay.

Try this movie here at 1 hour 3 min to see a bit of the bay and Ye Dolphin and The Bay Hotel with a different interior! Sorry about the movie dialogue - blame Scarborough Borough Council - things around here are usually their fault!
